You can access your points balance any time via your rewards programme app or by logging in to the Rewards Shop. You will also receive regular email updates, as well as hard copy points statements throughout the year.

As you accumulate points, you can look forward to choosing from a wide array of products in the online Rewards Shop. There’s over 5,000 rewards to choose from including the latest tech, homewares, food, wine, kids toys and more. Yes, you can top up your reward with Points + Pay. Keep your VISA or Mastercard handy and you’ll be given the option to top up when you check out.

Yes, we have various charities that we work with. You can choose who you want to support and how many points you want to donate here.

If your points haven’t been used, they will expire three years after they were issued. You can check if you have points risking expiry anytime via your programme app or by giving us a call on 0800 99 76278.
