Kärcher RCV 5 Robot Vacuum Cleaner

The smart cleaning robot RCV 5 systematically cleans hard floors and low-pile carpets independently. Dry dirt is blown into the built-in dirt container by the rotating brush, side edge brush and blower. The ultrasonic sensor detects carpets that are cleaned even better with the Auto Boost function at maximum suction power. The RCV 5 can not only vacuum, but also wet mop. In wiping mode, carpets are automatically not driven over. The RCV 5 goes on an exploratory tour via app control and uses environment detection ( LiDAR) automatically a map of the rooms. Individual cleaning parameters can be set for each room, such as where to vacuum, wipe or not to clean. Thanks to the dual laser system with camera, the top-of-the-range RCV 5 model also recognizes and curves around flat obstacles such as cables, socks or shoes. Additional sensors prevent falling on stair landings, for example. For cleaning, the RCV 5 is started conveniently via the app, a preset individual schedule or by pressing a button on the device. If the cleaning robot needs help, it communicates this in many situations by voice output.
