Netatmo Smart Anemometer

The Smart Anemometer uses the very latest in ultrasound technology to reliably and accurately measure the wind’s speed and direction, including those of wind gusts. You can configure how you want to be alerted if the wind reaches a certain speed and also receive more precise “feels like” temperature using the Weather Station App.

Its high standard of mechanics and high quality plastic design make this device weatherproof, resistant to UV, hail and strong winds. The wireless connection between module and station extends to a 100 metre range.

The unit is equipped with four ultrasonic transducers that emit continuous signals, measuring wind speed and direction. Using variations in these signals it’s able to measure the speed and direction of the wind. The measurements taken are configured by custom preference, allowing for customised alerts and notifications.

Thanks to the Smart Anemometer, you can now choose the best time to go sailing, biking, golfing and more.

Note: This unit only operates with the Netatmo mart Home Weather Station (sold separately). Only 1 Smart Anemometer can be connected to each Netatmo Smart Home Weather Station.
